This event is designed to spark meaningful dialogue around the many benefits of supporting justice‑involved individuals as they enter or re-enter the workforce. In addition, the event highlights innovative partnerships in second chance hiring, most notably the ongoing partnership between NCircle and JCCC Workforce Development & Continuing Education (WDCE).
