Becca Stebbin:

Becca Stebbin is the Content Director at Lifted Logic, where she leads the company’s largest department. With eight years at the agency, she brings a strong background in digital storytelling, including writing, editing, content strategy, social media, and reputation management. She’s passionate about helping businesses communicate in ways that genuinely connect with their audience. Her preferred presentation style is interactive and educational, often centered around Q&A to make insights practical and immediately useful.

Megan McGowan: 

Megan is a proven revenue and growth leader who has delivered results at scale—leading high-performing sales teams in a Fortune 500 environment and now driving strategic growth as Vice President of Business Development at Lifted Logic. She specializes in building the systems and processes that make revenue growth sustainable, helping organizations align teams, eliminate inefficiencies, and maximize long-term value.

Known for her direct, results-driven approach, Megan equips leaders with practical strategies they can implement immediately to increase revenue and strengthen execution. Her perspective is shaped by a lifelong immersion in business—her father grew his company from $80M to a $2.6 billion exit—giving her a deep understanding of what it takes to scale successfully.

Outside of work, Megan is a devoted wife and mother who enjoys traveling, great food and beer, and time with her golden retriever, Charlie.
