Session 3: Boots on the Ground

8:30 -10:00 a.m. or 10:30a.m - 12p.m

SESSION 3 provides hands-on opportunities to put cross-cultural skills in action. Guest expectations will be diverse, and these activities will empower hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding service with confidence. Priority registration for Session 3 will be provided to organizations in attendance at Session 2.

Recommended for: Hospitality supervisors and customer-facing staff

Space for each session is extremely limited. To help us accommodate as many partners as possible, please send a representative who can share highlights with additional members of your team. No more than three individuals will be permitted from one organization.
