Merriam Gardens is a 120 bed facility conveniently located right off I-35 and Shawnee Mission Parkway. We are a community that truly believes in putting residents first and creating a welcoming and safe environment for anyone that may need our services. We offer long-term care, short-term rehab, skilled memory care, and respite stays. Our staff is tenured and believes in making the best experience possible for those who we welcome into our community. We have a full time therapy staff that offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as well as various other services such as respiratory therapy, wound care, physiatry, behavioral health services, and psychiatry.
